Choosing whether CSS files open in the text editor or CSS editor

You can choose whether a .css file should open in Edit mode or CSS mode by default.

To change the default CSS editing mode:

1. Choose Coda > Preferences...
2. Click General
3. For CSS Files Open With, choose either Text Editor or CSS Editor
