Editing or viewing a file

To edit or view a file:

• Click its name in the file browser

If the file is not currently open, it will be opened in a new tab. Otherwise, the existing tab will be selected.

To open a file in a new split of an existing tab:

1. Control-click the file in the file browser
2. Choose Open in New Split

To change whether a single or double click is required to open a file:

1. Choose Coda > Preferences...
2. Click Files
3. For Open Files With, choose either Double Click or Single Click
